Make sure the power cord is securely connected to the Main Control Module and plugged into a working outlet. Press the Power button to turn the unit on. If you are using multiple modules, check that all modules are connected correctly before use.
Yes. The product takes several minutes to reach the rated temperature. Preheating for a few minutes before use is recommended.
The actual temperature of the food may vary depending on the cookware material and other conditions. The food temperature is generally lower than the set surface temperature.
Press the Temperature button to enter temperature setting mode. The display will show the current temperature setting. Press the Temperature button again to adjust the temperature. The setting is saved automatically after a few seconds without operation.
Press the Timer button to enter timer setting mode. Each press adds 10 minutes. The timer can be set from 30 minutes to 6 hours. After setting the desired time, the display will return to the temperature display.
Press and hold the Child Lock button to activate the lock. When the lock is active, the control buttons are locked. Press and hold the Child Lock button again to unlock the controls.
No. Do not place food directly on the product. Always use appropriate cookware or tableware.
Use heat-resistant cookware or tableware suitable for warming food. Do not use non-heat-resistant or flammable tableware such as paper or plastic.
No. Do not cover the product surface during use. Covering the surface may cause the product to overheat.
Turn off the power, unplug the power cord, and allow the product to cool completely before cleaning. Wipe the surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not rinse the panel directly with water and do not use chemical cleaning agents such as alcohol.
No. Do not rinse the product directly with water or immerse it in liquid. Prevent water from entering the interior of the product.
If the product will not be used for an extended period, clean it thoroughly and allow it to dry completely. Store it in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place away from fire and heat sources. Avoid compression during storage.
If the product has been idle for a prolonged period, power it on for about 10 minutes before normal use to help the internal components stabilize.
Yes. The modular design supports different configurations. Connect the modules in the correct order, starting with the Main Control Module and ending with the Terminal Module. Make sure all module connections are secure before connecting the power cord.
Turn off and unplug the product. Do not attempt to modify or disassemble it yourself. Contact our support team and provide your order number along with photos or details of the issue when possible.
